Serenity Health & Supported Living LLC was founded by Shnarika Powell with a vision to create a supportive, empowering environment for adults with developmental disabilities.
Recognizing the need for compassionate and structured care within Washington’s adult disability community, Serenity was established to provide high-quality supported living services rooted in professionalism and respect.

Certified Staff
Our Direct Support Personnel are fully qualified and meet state requirements, including completion of the 75 Hours Core Training and Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR). This ensures our staff provides safe, professional, and high-quality care to all clients.
