Serenity Health & Supported Living LLC was founded by Shnarika Powell, a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and graduate of the University of South Florida, with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, earning a reputation for her compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing person-centered care.
Together with her husband, who serves as the organization’s Manager, Shnarika is passionate about creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive with dignity, independence, and purpose. Their shared values of compassion, respect, and service are at the heart of Serenity’s mission and guide every aspect of the care they provide.
Recognizing the need for compassionate, structured, and high-quality care within Washington State’s adult disability community, Shnarika established Serenity Health & Supported Living LLC to support individuals and families through professional supported living services. As the organization continues to grow, Serenity also provides Adult Family Home services, offering residential care and support for elderly individuals, as well as adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Our Direct Support Personnel are fully qualified and meet state requirements, including completion of the 75 Hours Core Training and Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR). This ensures our staff provides safe, professional, and high-quality care to all clients.
